Job Description:
As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for Roanuz. This role provides hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media outreach.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Participate in campus recruitment and career fairs, as needed.
Requirements:
Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools is a plus.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
