We are hiring an Application Support Engineer with 1+ years of experience!
Job Responsibilities
You will apply your analytical and problem-solving skills in researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to complex application support issues.
You will gain experience in cutting-edge technologies such as Amazon AWS and docker
Take end-to-end ownership of customers’ technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution and external communication
You will have to apply your teamwork and collaboration skills while working with the Development, Data, and Business team
Support our clients directly and work internally with development, product, and business team to achieve customer delight
Provide product feedbacks and insights to the business and product team
Job Qualifications
Hands on experience in Python programming
1+ years of experience working as an application support engineer or software engineer in a collaborative role, working in rotating shifts that help facilitate support services.
Preference - AWS Services like cloudwatch and EC2
Experience in working with microservices is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Linux commands and SQL, NoSQL queries
Good understanding of Linux Services and Linux based Web Servers such as Nginx
Experience in troubleshooting issues in Linux servers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work in a rotational shift (includes night shifts as well) that help facilitate support services
A degree in computer science or a related field would be preferred.
